The former This Morning presenter, 60, revealed he’d shattered his elbow after falling extremely hard – after simply walking outside.
The freak accident happened when he was walking on a particularly slippery patch of ice, showing that even simply stepping outside your household in the winter weather can have “inconvenient” consequences.
